Squamish Accomodation
Wake up in Canada's Outdoor Recreation Capital!
Where the Pacific Ocean narrows into the Howe Sound inlet, crashing into the tall peaks of the coastal mountains, the District of Squamish anticipates anyone looking for an adventure. The unique locale boasts world class rock climbing, mountain biking, kite-surfing, hiking, backcountry skiing... you name it! The granite monolith of the Chief, towering waterfalls, picturesque lakes, endless trails, expansive coastal rainforest, and surrounding mountains are what make our home town an pla playground.
Having come a long way since it's birth as a logging town, Squamish has grown into a bustling highway town with a vibrant cultural scene. Countless new restaurants, breweries, cideries, coffee shops, a distilery, a farmers market, two museums, an art gallery, a gondola and a constant train of events keep the District's calendar full of life.

The team at Altus knows the Sea To Sky as well as anyone. Their knowledge means that you are on the powder sooner than you otherwise might be. I really enjoyed my most recent tour with Robert The Iceman. Looking forward to getting out there with Altus again.

Did two climbing courses with Altus and both were great! Very skilled and experienced instructors who knew how to pass on their knowledge and let you learn hands on. I can fully recommend Altus for any outdoor course or trip!.
