Whistler Backcountry Couloir Skiing Video
Yesterday myself (Ross) and ski partner Paul Cordy took this quick video of skiing a couple couloirs in the backcountry of the Blackcomb mountain in Whistler BC. Always blown away by how accessible the backcountry is from the Whistler resort. We didn’t start the day until 10am, and an hour later we are skiing awesome couloirs and big glaciers. We skinned from the blackcomb mountain out the east col and over to the first Cham chute. After, we up tracked Mount Decker to the Chisel Chute and finally down the Y couloir off Decker to finish the day. I love this place.
